当社の結晶材料であるLithium Tantalate(LT)、Lithium Niobate(LN)は、近年急速に需要が高まっているスマートフォンなどの通信機器に欠かせない、通信帯域用フィルターの基板材料として使用されています。

また当社は、住友金属鉱山金属(株)グループの一員として、同材料を製造している他2拠点(国富、青梅)と合せ、世界的に高いシェアを有しています。結晶材料課では、結晶育成から基板加工まで一貫生産体制のもと、永年培われた技術力を背景に、高品質な製品を提供しています。

Our crystal material (Lithium Tantalate, Lithium Niobate) has been used as the substrate material of the band-pass filter for communication devices such as smart phones that demand is growing.

As a member of the Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd., we have a high market share in conjunction with the other two sites (KUNITOMI and OME).

Our crystal material division produces high-quality products, based on the original integrated production system from crystal growth to the wafer processing, applying the advanced technology cultivated from our long history and expertize.
