半導体などの電子部品には、微量の金･銀･パラジウム等の貴金属が使用されています。また、半導体の製造工程から発生するめっき液やスクラップは貴金属を含有しています。貴金属リサイクル課では、永年培われた技術力により、これらの貴金属を効率よく回収しています。
回収された金･銀等は住友金属鉱山(株)東予工場へ出荷され、精製後は金地金、銀地金として再利用されています。

Small amount of precious metals such as gold, silver, paradium, etc. are used in the electronic components of the Semiconductor . Also, these precious metals are contained in the plating solutions and the scraps from the production process of the semiconductor industry .The company recovers these precious metals efficiently, applying the advanced technology cultivated from our long histry and expertise. Gold and silver ingots, our final products, are shipped to Toyo smelter of Sumitomo Metal Mining Co.,Ltd. for further refining into electrolytic gold and silver which is then put on the market.
